Just Removals London provides house, flat, office and specialist removals, packing, storage and related services across London. You can contact us on 020 4525 2039 or at [email protected], or at Southbridge House, Southbridge Place, Croydon CR0 4HA.
Quotes are based on the information you give us about your move, such as property size, access, volume of items and distance. Until a quote is confirmed in writing it is an estimate and may change if the actual requirements differ from those described — for example if the volume is larger, access is more restricted, or parking and waiting time are affected on the day.
Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and you have accepted your quote. We recommend booking well in advance for weekends and month-end dates. Please check your confirmation and let us know promptly of any changes.
The price for your move is set out in your confirmed quote. A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the balance due as stated in your quote. Additional charges may apply for extra items, extra time, long carries, waiting time, parking or congestion charges, or work outside the agreed scope. We will always discuss any additional costs with you wherever possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as soon as possible. Charges may apply for cancellations made at short notice to cover costs we have already incurred; details will be confirmed in your quote.
You agree to provide accurate information about your move, to ensure safe and lawful access at both addresses, and to arrange any parking permits or suspensions that may be needed. You are responsible for declaring fragile, valuable or high-value items in advance. Certain items cannot be transported, including hazardous, flammable, illegal or perishable goods and live animals. Please remove these before we arrive.
We will carry out your move with reasonable care and skill. We hold goods-in-transit and public liability insurance; details of cover and any limits are available on request and will be confirmed with your booking. Our liability is subject to the terms and limits of that cover. We may not be able to accept liability for items packed by you, for pre-existing damage, or for inherent faults in items, except where the law requires otherwise.
If anything is damaged or missing, please tell us as soon as possible and in any event within the time limit notified with your booking, so we can investigate while the details are fresh. We will work with you to resolve any genuine claim fairly.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures or other circumstances we could not have foreseen. Where this happens we will keep you informed and do our best to minimise any disruption.
We aim to provide an excellent service, but if something goes wrong please contact us so we can put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint and work with you towards a resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your move is the one in force when your booking is confirmed.
