Canary Wharf falls inside the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, on the Isle of Dogs peninsula in E14. The managed estate, plus Millharbour, South Quay and the newer Wood Wharf quarter, has added thousands of homes in towers such as Landmark Pinnacle and One Park Drive over the past decade. Wood Wharf alone is on track for around 3,600 homes once finished, and by the end of 2026 close to 300 affordable homes on Charter Street and Brannan Street are expected to have their first tenants (source: Wharf Life / Canary Wharf Group). There’s no informal parking anywhere inside the managed Canary Wharf estate, full stop. Loading bays sit inside the buildings themselves and come with tight time windows, often just two hours per flat, though building management will usually extend that for larger apartments if you ask in advance. According to Rightmove, the average sold price in Canary Wharf over the past year was £534,198, with flats (the vast majority of sales here) averaging £516,874, well above the London median.
